About Me
Hi, I am Zixi Lei. Nice to e-meet you! I am a PhD student in Information Systems at the McCombs School of Business, University of Texas at Austin, advised by Prof. Andrew Whinston and Prof. Wen Wen. My research focuses on consumer privacy and the future of work, examining how digital transformation and emerging technologies reshape organizational practices and individual outcomes. In particular, I study the balance between privacy protection and data use, and how managerial choices and technology adoption influence workforce dynamics.
